Job Description

  • These responsibilities apply to processes monitor and manage service delivery
  • Focus is on analyzing service operations performance and identifying performance trends / issues on delivery performance and understanding reasons for them, actively using the Philips Excellence toolkits
  • Collate Analysis results and define corrective actions to delivery issues / to find operations improvement opportunities
  • Identifying and defining corrective and improvement actions to address performance, quality or compliance issues. Collaboration is essential across process areas, to ensure the buy in to the plan
  • Helping with team collaborations and meetings
  • Process engagements with various internal and external teams
  • Data presentations for review
You are a part ofPhilips Connected Care Informatics (CCI) Business team develops & delivers software solutions to manage clinical and operational workflows for healthcare customers across several countries. These solutions include Electronic Medical Records (primary & tertiary care), Hospital Information Systems, Hospital ERP, Command Center & Analytics for Hospitals, Intensive Care Unit systems, Telehealth, and interoperability systems & services.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Associates or bachelor s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Min 2+ years experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical reasoning, Problem analysis and solving
  • Expert PC skills (e.g. advanced experience with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
