Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to drive scalable processes for lead generation across organic and inorganic channels ensuring cost controls and optimization
Build non-traditional growth channels for Lead Qualification through alternate channel/growth hacks
Working with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to create and improve existing customer acquisition processes, flows, and practices.
Owning the creation, documentation, execution, training, and adherence to operations SOPs by working with sales & delivery teams
Create and maintain MIS for integrated visibility of lead gen and sales parameters for the entire emerging business

Desired Candidate Profile

2 to 3+ years of leadership experience in operations in an SMB/SaaS/Fintech company and overall experience of 4 to 6 yrs.
Degree from IIT/ tier 1/ tier. MBA would be preferred
Experience with high-growth startups would be desirable
