Job Description

    Must possess High Impact communication in verbal and written. Sound knowledge in MS office applications. Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions, act independently and effectively on complex problem resolution. Ability to deliver multiple reports as defined in SLA Planning and Organizing skills to manage the team Handles/ Helps in resolving escalations at the process level in order to ensure High customer satisfaction Driving outcome from daily huddles, provides training on processes to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability Experience in Retail Banking Review Service Quality Plan and put right controls/review for the process Should be able to drive work as per SLA and process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives Customer complaints/escalations handling and Ensure timely intervention and resolution Strong Stakeholder management and prior experience in managing the same. Must possess knowledge on Card Disputes and Payments Investigation Advising Client operational head on the potential risks of a project. Describing and estimating the risks affecting the business. Implement strategies to minimize the exposure to any risk. Post Graduate with Finance Background MBA, MCOM Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Credit Card Disputes and International Payment Payments.
