Job Description

    Over 6 years of Software developer experience on ATG commerceHave experience in ATG OOB concepts on Repositories, Order Management, User Management, ATG REST services etc.Expertise on Application servers like Web Logic, WebSphere and JBossDeveloped applications using ATG commerce programmingExperience in setting up ATG Production system with Application ServerExpertise on customization of ATG modulesPossess strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge on ATG BCC, CSC applicationsAble to troubleshoot and provide resolution for production issues related to BCC, CSC applications.Knowledge on Search, Endeca and Experience Manager is desired.Basic understanding of application deployment using Jenkins or any CI/CD platforms.Basic understanding of a retails business is required preferably ecommerce.Hands-on experience with Agile Tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Knowledge on monitoring tools for application like Dynatrace, Google Analytics, APM etcKnowledge on Code version control tools like Github, Bitbucket etcGood to have knowledge on Core Java, J2EE andEnsuring that systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.Working independently and collaborating (as necessary) with other teams to drive resolution to issues reported by Application Support Team.Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.Able to drive to resolution medium to high complexity application related incidents.Able to analyze the business impact of the incident and communicate to the business and minimize the disruption.Provide timely and clear communication updates to customers and leaders.Proactively recommend enhancements to improve the functioning of the application.Qualifications5-7 years of working experience in ATG DevelopmentGood knowledge of one or more Operating SystemsAptitude for customer focusSelf-motivated individual who can handle responsibilityExperience in IT or eBusiness, including experience with eCommerce, web application development, or other eBusiness solutionsFamiliarity with a broad array of internet technologies and trendsExperience in problem resolution with IT systemsStrong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiencesExperience with an enterprise-class eCommerce platform, Oracle ATGFamiliarity with Agile development processesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBachelors degree in business, engineering marketing or communications
