Job Description

Manages, analyzes, implements, and supports Oracle Supply Chain, Finance, HR modules to meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technical and techno-functional systems analysts
  • Collaborate with global design team to understand functional design and drive supporting technical development work
  • Role involves a combination of hands on technical development and managing a team of developers
  • Self-train and support Zebra s Oracle Cloud rollouts
  • Supports technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Zebra s Supply chain, finance and HR modules centered around Oracle ERP as well as other touch point systems
  • Analyzes, designs, and implements integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
  • Manage the development of system design documents.
  • Ensures data security is designed into each developed application.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation of IS developed applications and procedures per documented standards.
  • Facilitates testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades
  • Identifies and coordinates system health checks related to architecture/sizing requirements and tuning efforts
  • Manage/resolve technical issues related to the code, configuration and performance of the applications
  • Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware
  • Articulates benefits of standard Oracle functionality to key business management and users
  • Works closely with PMO, QA, Operations group in support of and delivery of information technology applications
  • Manage SRs with Oracle
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12-14 years of experience, Hands on experience in Oracle Supply Chain and finance modules with a minimum of 12 years of experience and 4 complete project lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP implementation.
  • Experience with the following Oracle functionality is required:
  • Understands the Oracle s AIM methodology
  • Experience working with the core ERP/VCP modules: PO, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, WMS, WIP, BOM, OM
  • Exposure and understanding of touchpoint financial applications such as AP, AR, Costing is required
  • Should have sound understanding of ASCP and downstream PO, WO, IR related business processes
  • Configures enhancements and fixes in ASCP and/or ERP application, including delivery of complex RICE objects(PLSQL)
  • Needs to be technical, detail-oriented and able to develop, query and analyze large/complex sets of data (PL/SQL)
  • Building custom workflows in various areas such as AME, PO
  • Knowledge of forms personalization
  • Design of interface utilizing various technologies such as EDI/ ODI / SOA is a must
  • Knowledge of ASCP collections, plan configurations and setups
  • Exposure to 3rd party integration tools such as a supplier collaboration portal and/or a 3PL/4PL system is a major plus
  • Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic environment on multiple projects delivering mission critical projects
  • Ability to support the production system as required and work with the AMS team/ onsite team in US for any escalations and support
  • PMP Certification or certifications in the related Supply Chain areas such as APICS CPIM/ CSCP are highly desired
  • Exposure to Cloud based supplier collaboration applications such as E2open, Kinaxis, GTNexus are highly desired
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
