      • Key Responsibilities : Good functional understanding of Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Exposure to Taleo Learn moduleConfigured and implemented Candidate Selection Workflows CSW, User-defined Fields / Forms UDF, Internal Career Sections, External Career Sections, and Message Templates Built and maintained job-application workflows, and the general profile workflows for users and candidates Should have Extensively worked on TCC tool to integrate Taleo with Core HR Systems
      • Technical Experience : Good functional understanding of Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Exposure to Taleo Learn module Configured and implemented Candidate Selection Workflows CSW, User-defined Fields / Forms UDF, Internal Career Sections, External Career Sections, and Message Templates Ability to evaluate and oversee Taleo upgrades, new processes and procedures, best practices, system issues, maintenance, and third party vendors
