JOB PURPOSEProvide functional support around Warehouse Management in Manhattan WMOS or Oracle EBS WMS Module Make sure that the applications in charge enable the users and organizations to use them efficiently To provide assistance to users if needed and to make sure that they are correctly trained To implement changes in the system to make them aligned with requirements, by taking into account the constraints linked to the cost, the risks and feasibilityKEY RESPONSABILITIES and DUTIESTo provide functional support for our WMOS applications (Manhattan WMOS, Oracle EBS WMS) Assist users in case of question Manage functional requests Train users to keep the right level of skillTo organize audits of use of systems Detect and collect issues Implement action plan and coordinate actionsTo manage enhancements in accordance with the procedures which apply in the department Collect enhancements from users Challenge the user requirements Define priorities Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team Test and train the users Develop and manage test case and test management related to the application Regularly communicate to the users the status of the enhancementReport activity to the managementCollaborate with functional support in other zones/other application to share informationTo Support the Project on Solution design and implementation based on assignmentKEY TECHNICAL and FUNCTIONNAL COMPETENCIESFunctional competenciesBusiness processes: Warehouse Management System Experience and hand on experience in Warehouse Management System (Manhattan WMOS will be an advantage)Technical competencies Basics to advance knowledge in Supply Chain Area Strong Warehouse Management System Knowledge Able to write a simple PLSQL script to extract or validate the dataJOB REQUIREMENTS and SPECIFICATIONSEssential Organization skills Communication skills, especially in English. Coordination skillsDesirable/Preferable Bachelor or masters degree in related field - IT, Computer Science, MIS, MBA (Master Degree Preferred)
