Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world s most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities Employees in this specialty are knowledgeable in China specific Workday and SAP HRMS end to end payroll process and Offboarding activities to provide guidance on standard best practices, to provide support and address recovery queries and escalations, to identify opportunity areas, designs new processes, and implements new/improved solutions to improve results and increase productivity, and to identify risk areas and corresponding mitigating activities for any special handling or deviation to standard process.
    • Prefered proficiency in the China Language
    • Responsible for China Payroll Processing activities
    • Managing end-to-end payroll activities including statutory Payment and remittance process for all employees.
    • Leading on all Payroll activities and find solutions for any differences to ensure a balanced outcome.
    • Based on business experience and knowledge, making best practice recommendations to improve processes and streamline the delivery of payroll services.
    • Day-to-day activities with Team management activities. Ensuring that the Recovery process is fully executed as per the agreed schedule.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • 8+ years in Payroll
    • Good understanding of China SAP HRMS Payroll Process
    • Good understanding of Payroll & statutory deductions.
    • Good HR Accounting skills to track and close accounting open items.Good IT skills including experience of working with excel, visio and workday
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of SAP HRMS and HR accounting of AP Countries
