    • Ensure the Customers have seamless access to help content at every interaction point
    • Ensure the help content is easy to understand and is up to date.
    • Develop Self Service Guides for all activities
    • Ensure consistency across internal and external facing information displayed and used
    • Develop processes to update the Help pages as new products are launched.
    , 5 years + of professional experience 3+ years of experience in Program Management. Experience in Content creation Experience or exposure to Sellers/Vendors/Customer Support set ups Ability to think strategically and creatively while also executing operationally with high attention to detail and operational excellence; Demonstrated ability to interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgements and recommendations Demonstrated ability to thrive with partial information, manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, manage trade-offs and evaluate new opportunities; Ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders and teams across Amazon. 3-5 years in program/project management. Advanced Excel skills. Comfortable working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture Experience in Customer Service VoC or Seller Experience or Seller Support Experience in text analytics or unstructured data mining Proficiency in SQL for querying databases Experience with LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies Able to perform statistical analysis and make predictions based on findings Superior verbal and written communication
