Inviting applications for the role of Analytics, Assistant Manager Data Modeler We are looking for a Data Modeler who would be collaborating with business, technology and architecture teams across the CGRLH Analytics to design and develop next generation data platforms using traditional/cutting edge/Cloud technologies, open source frameworks and cloud services for our Clients. The candidate will work directly with Data Architect(s), Tech Leads and senior development resources across our team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders in a fast paced agile environment Role and Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge on RDBMS concepts.
• Mastery of relational database, Cloud, ETL/ELT and data service technologies.
• Designs, develops, deploys, and supports sustainable data/solutions architectures such as design patterns, reference data architecture, conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Nosql and SQL DB
• Years of advanced SQL experience (ex. Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Hands on experience on star schema, Snowflake Modelling, Data vault Modelling
• Enterprise scale expertise in data analysis, modelling, data security, data warehousing, metadata management and data quality
• Should have strong experience in conceptual, logical & physical data modelling.
• Should be able to understand and translate business needs into dimension models supporting long-term solutions.
• Experience on building models using ERWIN data modeler is a must
• Work with the Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models.
• Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy
• Should be able to maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models along with corresponding metadata
• Support project team conduct Public Cloud Data Growth and Data Service Consumption assessment and forecast
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different types of underlying Databases.
• Support project team to pick and choose the right Database solution. Guide project team to build reusable datasets and models.
• fine tune the query and index strategy for optimal balance between performance and data consumption on cloud
• Performance DB tuning on cloud production environment
• Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
• Ready to learn and work on new Data Engineering/Modelling technologies
Minimum qualifications
• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA

• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
