Job Description

    *Job descriptionTechnical point of contact for IBM JAZZ CLM tools (RTC,DNG,DM,GC,RELM,JRS,DCC,LQE) Installing, upgrading and maintaining Enterprise CLM deployments Data migration from other tools/platforms to IBM Jazz CLM Enterprise platform. Providing technical design/architecture & solutions for customization with respective to Jazz applications Handling tickets which are assigned to L3 group Support L2 support team with all technical queries related to the IBM Jazz CLM platform Support users with issues escalated through Incident Manager Provide build, stream strategies to development teams in RTC Fine tuning Enterprise CLM environment (Monitoring, Server issues) Co-ordinate with Service delivery & Service Operations for Customization/development with Jazz Tools., *BE, BTECH , MS , MTECHSkills:Experience with installing, upgrading, migrating IBM Jazz CLM Enterprise platform (Distributed deployment) and also have good control with multiple JTS/CCM/RM deployments. Strong knowledge on Linux server deployments Strong experience in working with IBM WAS , IBM HTTP server, proxy configurations, F5 servers, client and server certificates. Strong experience with usage, managing, troubleshooting errors with respect to Jazz Tools (RTC,DNG,DM,GC,RELM,JRS,DCC,LQE) Strong knowledge with writing linux scripts (Shell/Perl) Strong hands-on experience on Development tools and Processes(Scrum/Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) Good knowledge with IBM DB2 Good knowledge with ldap protocols , authentication/authorization in IBM Jazz CLM Strong knowledge on customizing Jazz tools (plugin customization, java scripts, java client programs, integration adapters) Good knowledge in Integrating Jazz tools with other 3rd party tools (Atlassian, open source , SVN, GIT) Good knowledge on DevOps Customer interaction and ownership of escalations , high level/complex tasks
