Job Description

    This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Excellent verbal & written communication skills HardWorking & Flexible; Knowledge of distributed applications, both front-end & back-end, databases, frameworks & related technology & best practices Understanding of architecture and design principles Working proficiency in developmental toolsets Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices Ability to collaborate & work with team to achieve organizational goalsKey Responsibilities:Partnering with the Global Custody Product Owner and various other stakeholders to understand requirements & help with architecture/design. . Root cause analysis and communication with Production Support, QA & partnering apps.Qualifications6 - 8 years experience with Java/JEE + Javascript application development and designBE/BTech or equivalent degree with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems.Expert level knowledge of JEE Applications including Restful Web services, Distibuted Application architecture, using Spring boot.Experience with TDD/BDD and CI/CD based development and deployment.Mandatory Technologies Required: CoreJava, Multithreading, JEE, SpringBoot, SpringCore, SpringJDBC/JPA Messaging(Kafka/AMPS/JMS) , RDBMS/NoSql DBPreferred Skills:Experience with Securities Trade Lifecycle & Custody businessAttention to details; Passion for quality; Working independently by partnering with relevant technology or colleaguesAbility to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environmentAbility and inclination to learn & pick-up new tools & technologies quickly,
