Compliance with company standards, ISO and GMP as required. Responsible for meeting the daily targets for production.Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Receives specific instruction on routine work; general instructions on new assignments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Uses ability and experience to help develop standard concepts and techniques that allow others to complete activities in creative and efficient ways
• Supports reagent/conjugate manufacturing activities in production operation.
• Follows policies and procedures.
• Recommends and assists in the implementation of changes to policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Completes all assigned trainings on time.
• Assists in training, assigning, and reviewing the work of support staff.
• Supports in material management by updating the details in local software used for inventory management.
• Support daily label printing, labelling, dispensing, and packing activity.
• Perform production related activities and complete batch manufacturing record online.
• Support in RM and labelling/packing consumable kitting for reagent/conjugate production.
• Support in buffer preparations required for regular production.
• Responsible for following all company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
• Responsible to meet the FPY targets in manufacturing.
• Support for On Time delivery to the customer.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in any of the Science/Engineering disciplines with 0-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and resourceful.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
