Build your career with us and apply today.Summary The Risk Analytics and Data Services (RADS) team drives value creation through data solutions, advanced analytics and innovative technologies. The Risk Data Governance vertical within RADS focuses on data quality and data governance across several functions with Risk. Interaction with internal stakeholders is required to substantiate the completeness and accuracy of the data deliverables. The Risk Data Governance team is responsible for ensuring the quality of data products and solutions within the suite of data products sitting within Risk and Compliance.Job title: Senior Analyst Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in the BFSI sector)Job Duties Develop data sets using PL/SQL, SAS and any other Data Integration tools for analytical solutions Understand and analyse multiple data sources and critical data elements related to Risk and Compliance Contribute to the development and delivery of solutions that: leverage and extend existing Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence and analytics infrastructure; take data governance and enterprise solutions into consideration; are scalable, repeatable and effective; and follow agreed upon governance and technology policies Develop dashboard and create ad-hoc reporting as needed using self-service tools like Power BI, Incorta, Collibra, etc. Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and business processes documentation; ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy, viability and value Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and on multiple activities concurrentlyQualification Bachelor s in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experienceSkills Required Strong data engineering skills - database systems development, data architecture/ modeling, data analysis and reporting as well as capability to load and process large amounts of data for analytical purposes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with adequate communication, presentation and stakeholder management experience Experience in SQL and/or at least one ETL tool such as (DataStage or Informatica) is mandatory Basic knowledge of Power BI (data visualization) and Collibra will be advantageousAdditional Information,
