Job Description

    The Role:As a Pre-Sales Associate you are responsible for bridging the gap between the Customers and Sales Team, building the foundation for easier Sales. Building never ending relationships with new and existing customers via cold calling. Recognize prospects and fetch appointments for further business.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Your daily responsibilities will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them (via Ameyo) and achieving the following:1.Engage in all stages of pre sales lifecycle (suspect) for discovery calls, pre-bid demos2.Briefing customers about the program they have selected or shown interest in3.Generate interest in counseling sessions for BYJUS classes4.Setting up scheduled DemosKnowledge, Skill and Abilities: As a Pre - Sales Associate you need to have excellent communication skills to develop the need for Byjus, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.1.Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the dynamics of the market2.Ability to understand products and position the right apps/solutions/platform to solve a business problem3.Ability to work under pressure to meet daily targets and deadlines4.Good coordination tasks among the team and hierarchies5.Enthusiasm and a positive attitude 6.
