Job Description

Participate in client requirements discovery meetings, an integral part of the pre-sales and process for key accounts, meeting with customers on calls and in-person, as needed to perform Discovery.
Lead technical and complex discovery to ensure we have a holistic and accurate understanding of a customers needs/ challenges and requirements.
Lead the design of deal strategy, POC Architecture, and proposal. Analyze industry and performance data to develop data-driven client narratives.
Share insights and recommendations internally with marketing, product, operations, sales, and leadership.
5 or more years of previous sales engineering experience in the ITAM/SAM/ITSM Space Previous technical experience with various product integration standards Core IT functions like IT Asset Management, IT Service Management Experience working with engineering and other cross-functional teams Experience with other toolsets such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Flexera, Snow Software, etc. is a plus.
