In this role as SoC Validation lead you will be part of Server team chartered with delivering very high performance SoCs for multiple market segments. This is a technical leadership role part of Pre Si Validation/Verification team working with Post Si, design, Arch teams to lead pre si validation and also root cause issues seen in post silicon validation. In this role you will be directly responsible for technically leading pre si validation team and enable high quality TI.QualificationsBS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in SoC/IP/System verification/validation or MS degree with 10+ years of directly related SoC Design/Verification IndustryExperience.Candidates must have the following

• Experience in leading teams working on pre si validation and/or post si validation of SoC on multiple projects, sound understanding of functional test strategies, directed, random, stress test generation, debug flows, scenario validation is a strong requirement.
• Extensive experience in creating verification environment from scratch for IP/Subsystem/SoC Pre si Verification.
• Experience in CPU/SoC verification, high speed serdes and external interfaces including PCIe, DDR, HBM or similar.
• Expertise in debugging the silicon issues in post si and pre si validation environment, silicon bring up
• Ability to work as an individual and as part of high performing team to deliver product starting from creation of spec, verification infrastructure and execution strategy and delivering product is a strong requirement.
• In depth knowledge of system Verilog and verification methodologies like OVM, UVM is a must have.
• Capable of managing ambiguity and get to decisions working with different stake holders on technical challenges and also provide clear and crisp updates to Senior Management.
• An excellent team player and ability to work with different teams smoothly to achieve common goals and solid communication skills is a must.
