    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesPresent our Services in the best light to Prospects and CustomersCarry out scoping studies with prospects and articulate solutions that addresses their business pains.Should understand customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needsPrepare sales collaterals (e.g. Presentation, Proposals, Commercials and Contract) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing departmentPrepare the Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Respond to RFPsDesign new solutions as per customer requirementPreparation of Technical & Commercial proposal for the proposed servicesManage key deliverables and milestones, ensuring the overall submission to client is best in class, including marketing material, proposals, RFI, RFP and other presentationProactively pitching business capabilities to potential clientsDesired Candidate ProfileExtensive experience in doing pre-sales demos of products, proposal writing, presentation creation and delivery, competition research and analysisShould have successful track record of delivery or presales for Enterprise product or solution.Should be able to interact with CIOs / Business heads and have ability to conduct/Industry specific Demo / workshops / value discovery sessions.Act as a solid link between the Sales, Prospect and Technical team.Superior written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal and presentation skillsExperience from Recruitment & Staffing industry is an added advantage
