Job Description

    Job role: Pre Sales Manager / Team LeadLocation: IndiranagarCTC: 3 lakhs to 4.8 lakhsEXP: 2 5 yearsInterview Mode: Face to FaceRoles and Responsibilities - Managed team size of 10+ Pre Sales executives - Handled reports for leads generated and the outcome of those leads - Must know the usage of Mcube and CRM tool for data maintenance - To achieve all targets from the Pre sales team - Should be self-sufficient and responsible for achieving set goals every month - Maintaining data tracker in excel sheet and LMS - Monitoring the team calls and lining up site visits of clients - Coordinating with Internal stakeholders for any new project/product information - Training the team on new product launches and clearance of mock calls - Day- to- day hygiene maintenance including Team attendance tracking and leaves - Timely feedbacks to Marketing & Sales team on performance - Ensure MIS and other reports are maintained and shared as and when it is required.Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate (Any)/Post-Graduation (Any) - Preferably from Real Estate Industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter, Team player - Attention to detail & ability to manage time effectively - Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
