  • Candidate will be working on activities related to memory circuit Design (eNVM, RRAM, MRAM, eFUSE types, SRAM), Device Simulation, Device characterization, Circuit Design, Architecture trade-offs, Layout Design and Verification
  • Has done many designs in the past in the areas of NVM solutions
Job Responsibilities
  • End to End ownership from concept to silicon to validation by closely working with cross-functional teams
  • Schematic design and simulation to verify the concepts
  • Coverage of the following elements out of a larger Technology-IP development flow:
- Physical concept/architecture- Physical implementation of 1.Custom analog macros based on custom layout methods2.Small to medium digital macros using place & route 3.Entire test chips using mixed analog/digital methods - Physical verification and sign off (LVS, DRC, DFM)- Electrical & Reliability sign off (EM, IR)- Release into dedicated test chip flows - Specification and documentation- Selective support of the IP silicon bring up and mission mod
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
  • Device characterization at 22nm/12nm and advanced nodes with Bulk Fin FET and SOI Technologies
  • Circuit Design
  • Verification flows and silicon correlation
  • Low power design methodologies for CMOS circuit design
  • Exposure to MRAM and RRAM design concepts
  • Exposure to analog -in-memory compute
  • CMOS design for AI/ML applications
  • Co-optimization techniques
  • 7 sigma MC simulation techniques
  • Tape-out Reviews and Execution
  • Semiconductor TCAD Process understanding and experience will be beneficial and not mandatory
  • Layout Design experience is a plus
, *Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Essential -MTech, Years of Experience -7 years (minimum)
  • Travel - as per business need and it will be minimum
  • Fluency in English Language written & verbal
  • Physical Capacity Demands to execute the above-mentioned job responsibilities
