Job Description

Define requirements, algorithms, and/or software / systems architecture for 5G/4G/CBRS cloud RAN products.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor Requirements, Algorithm and/or Architecture documents for 5G/4G/CBRS Cloud RAN productsKeep up to date with various activities in 3GPP (especially RAN2/RAN3; and partially RAN1/RAN4) and O-RANWork with various stakeholders to get features implemented in productsCreate new L2L3 algorithms / protocol / architecture proposalsIdentify gaps and resolve issues related to system performanceWork with multiple teams for analyzing and fine tuning the system performanceTake active part in Customer solution designHelp in fixing critical issues when neededJob RequirementsKnowledge of 3GPP/O-RAN Architectures, 5G/4G algorithms and associated ProtocolsExperience with one or more of the following5G/4G/CBRS L2L3 algorithms / protocols / architecturesNetwork slicing, BWP, Carrier AggregationSystem level simulations (e.g. with C/C++, ns/3, Matlab)Industrial IoT, URLLC, TSNKPI Analysis, Performance optimization3GPP RAN groups (preferably RAN2 and RAN3, partially with RAN1/RAN4)O-RANApplications of ML/AI to RANAbility to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and conceptsSystems thinkerGreat team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsB.Tech/MTech CS/ECE/EE. PhD preferred for some positionsIndustry experience: 5 20 years.,
