Job Description

  • Lead a design & layout team (India) providing R/D and Seed IP, ADC, PLL, Thermal sensor, Bandgap, RF IP such as IO, EFuse, Std Cells, SRAM, etc.
  • Participate in circuit architecture, circuit implementation, design review, layout, and silicon validation teams from concept through design and test stages.
  • Need to be able to collaborate with design leads on resource planning and allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
, *Required Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent degree in a related field from an accredited university.
    • B.S. + minimum of 11 years of relevant experience
    • M.S. + minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
    • PhD + minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • MSEE with technical mentoring experience in CMOS digital and analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design
  • Minimum of 15 yrs of experience in design and grooming circuit designer
  • Qualified candidates must have experience in technically leading a team designing Analog IP working with analog and digital designers
  • Familiar with various CAD tools for design, physical layout and verification tasks in circuit and chip level design flows (Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys)
  • Requires solid communication skills and ability to work with many other cross functional areas.
  • Knowledge in RF technology (Bulk, CMOS & SOI) processes is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end IP and Chip design cycles
  • Patents and publications will be a good advantage to have
