Job Description

    A strong affinity with IT coupled with solid knowledge of SAP concepts is preferred, i.e. familiar with cross modules integration, SAP data platforms; and other systems to meet tax requirements in that region 2. At least 2 years of experience deploying ERPs and / or participated as a Tax SME in at least 2 full life cycle of SAP implementations (or equivalent experience) 3. An expert in regional indirect, direct tax and transfer pricing system requirements, reporting and other affiliated tax items in SAP systems 4. Understands the tax laws (direct, indirect) of the local country where he/she is based1. This will be an EMEA shift (12.30 PM to 9.30 PM) and a hybrid working model 2. No travel required 4.Key AccountabilitiesLead the implementation of system and process deployment for the primary functional area and ensureconsistent implementation of system configuration and processes throughout the organization are reviewed andapproved by process sponsorsIdentify and lead optimization activities, partnering with subject matter experts and super users across the Taxdomain and promote process change in the organizationEnsure that implemented design and process changes are aligned with the internal control framework and theglobal process organizationDevelop the integrated project plan and ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoingenhancements, optimization and value realization activitiesDefine deployment objectives and scope and measure and monitor project progress to identify variances fromthe plan and make needed corrections for implementation, resolving issues independentlyImplement, maintain and communicate metrics to track solution stabilization and value captured throughoptimization initiativesIndependently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issuesto appropriate staffOther duties as assignedQualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experienceStrong analytical skills capable of breaking down complex issue to identify key drivers and upstream anddownstream impactsConfirmed ability to lead, coach, facilitate and communicate with individuals across a broad range ofeducation, experience and functional spectrums to manage expectations and drive organizational and processchangeMinimum of four years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyThanks & Regards,TaranumHR Headhidden_emailHRGlobal HeadHunters (HRGHH LLP Consultancy)
