Job Description

nullIn this role, you have the opportunity toIn this role, you are a part of Philips HealthSuite Digital Platform (HSDP) organization, where we are powering the next generation of connected health applications.The Senior Operations Process Lead will drive process compliance across the Operations and Support teams and drive improvement initiatives. The individual in this role will own and drive the Operations QMS / ISMS area and be the After Action Program Manager leading reporting in these areas.You are responsible for

  • The Operations Process Lead will collaborate with Program Managers on HSDP Programs in both Operations and Service / Support environments. This position will drive process compliance across the Operations and Support teams and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the initiatives to drive process compliance and lead programs that drive operational excellence in the HSDP Operations and Support team.
  • Review design documentation to ensure stated requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable. Support the initiation and maintenance of Philips standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain Operational & Support quality system processes and procedures to ensure compliance to all domestic and international standards or requirements. Understand current software/cloud industry standards and their impact on internal procedures, software quality, and safety and efficacy of solutions.
  • Lead and manage the After Action Reporting Program that is key to our problem management initiatives
  • Lead and facilitate the Table Top Exercise initiative in HSDP this initiative occurs quarterly and an on an as needed basis
Other duties include:
  • Teaming up to excel by sharing knowledge and assisting other team members during peak loading periods
  • Participation in relevant cross-functional meetings
  • Taking ownership by developing system knowledge through hands-on work and observation;
  • Track and communicate status and issues to management appropriately
  • Being eager to win by complying with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Combination of well-rounded technical knowledge in Cloud technologies and Application Operational Support and the ability to facilitate and coordinate a diverse group of teams across multiple business units, including product management, development, implementation/services, product support teams, as well as business functions such as contracts/legal, finance, and quality and regulatory.
  • Champion for the application of best practices and process innovation that meets business and customer goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with international and domestic quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with solid experience in change management
  • Experience executing programs using multiple vendors and working across different geographic locations is a must.
  • Actively communicate status to all project sponsors and stakeholders, coordinate activities across teams and drive projects to successful completion on time and of high quality.
Preferred skills:
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulated environment - familiarity with ISO27001/27018, HIPAA and HiTrust
  • Experience working with Scaled Agile
