Compliance and Control : Prepare SOX Control Reports High impact data fields updates: Worksites and Workers Compensation codes clean ups, Legal hold records updates, etc. Perform Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix. Perform Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design, support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX. To work on some of the illustrative compliance activities like: Annually report total headcount and its composition (gender, age, education, etc.) to local government Monthly report ran in HR system to check which pay additions are re-hires and Inform Payroll quality revision of appropriate job roles displayed in the system in order to look for potential discrepancies Annual revision with Law contacts to confirm the employees that are in legal dispute with the Company which are flagged in the system Analysis of the on the information to be presented to the OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) to anticipate possible findings on discrimination towards women or minorities Annual reporting to EEOC (equal employment opportunity commission) > Reporting To prepare workforce Reports from data extracted from HR systems (core HR and recruitment), Power BI and Excel sheets Regular reporting extracted from HR systems with validations. E.g.: Security Report, Promotion report, Personnel Actions Report, etc. Maintain reporting for outside U.S. National Content / Ethnic, demographics To work on some of the illustrative Reporting activities like: Workforce Reporting Recurrent Reports General Adhoc reports > Learning Administrator Course upload & Creation on LMS Providing Course Overview and Course details Scheduling events Registering learners Facilitating the event/session Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and/or audio broadcasts Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first class session so they know who to contact If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class Sharing enrollment list on daily/weekly basis with Facilitators Marking attendance and course completion Interacting with relevant stakeholders Capturing Feedback Recording the meeting. Making the recording/s available for participants who missed the scheduled event/session Client communication and stakeholder management Learning Analytics - Reporting and Dashboard SLA management Setting up Quality and audit guidelines Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs Escalation Management Learning helpdesk query resolution through Voice, email, and chat Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Flexible to work in shifts Qualification - Any graduate Experience - 2 yrs to 4 yrs (Relevant Experience) Shifts - 24/7,
