Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead/Senior Learning Administrator is responsible for uploading content, conducting, coordinating and organizing virtual/physical classroom sessions & events and reporting. Skill Expectations: Course upload & Creation on LMS Providing Course Overview and Course details Scheduling events Registering learners Facilitating the event/session Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and/or audio broadcasts Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first class session so they know who to contact If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class Sharing enrollment list on daily/weekly basis with Facilitators Marking attendance and course completion Interacting with relevant stakeholders Capturing Feedback Recording the meeting. Making the recording/s available for participants who missed the scheduled event/session Client communication and stakeholder management Learning Analytics - Reporting and Dashboard SLA management Setting up Quality and audit guidelines Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs Escalation Management Learning helpdesk query resolution through Voice, email, and chat. Any Bachelor s Degree 3-4 years of experience in Learning Facilitation and addressing Event/Session participant queries Required to work in US/UK Shift Proficiency in SABA/Cornerstone OnDemand/SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Experience on facilitating virtual classroom sessions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.,
