You can work with multiple teams, you are an expert in data analysis, price trends, and developing buying strategies for materials. You can develop a structured environment with processes and systems. You have an excellent track record and are open to new challengeDescription :Reporting to the Commercial Director- Operations, you will be responsible for: - Owning responsibility for sourcing and purchase of ingredients and raw materials- Negotiating price and contracts with suppliers for materials and managing responsibility of budget to monitoring cost as well as timely availability of items- Analyzing risks, optimizing spending to reduce profit and loss volatility- Working with category management teams and category technologist teams- Ensuring compliance and conduct companys procurement processes like vendor onboarding, relationship management, raw material creationProfile :- Ideally you are a Procurement or Supply Chain professional with 12-15 years of experience in a Manufacturing set up with 8 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing of flavor or ingredients. - You can work with multiple teams, you are an expert in data analysis, price trends, and developing buying strategies for materials.
