Job Description

    Product AnalystDescription :Swiggy is all about building products; products that make it convenient for customers to do everything from ordering food to grocery, from ordering meat to getting items picked up and dropped to and from the location of your choice.As a Product Analyst, you will be expected to collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineersto deliver the best possible customer experience through seamless technology solutions.Your Responsibilities will include the following : - Defining success/KPIs for any product/feature releases. In case of deviation from expected behaviour,- working on RCAs to understand the same - Generating ideas for exploratory analysis to shape future features/products and provide recommendations. - Designing, Analyzing and evaluating A/B experiment to verify hypothesis regarding efficacy of various features on platform - Working with Clickstream data to understand user flow - Use qualitative and quantitative data in the product development life cycle to generate insights on product usage by the customers - Creating and maintaining dashboards which help understanding product performance - Understanding Data infrastructure in order to give scalable BI requirements. - Giving BI requirements by understanding the product and engineering flows. - Being gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around organizations. - Providing instrumentation requirements based on product and business requirements to track metrics and understand performance of features- - Collaborating with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations, and marketingRequirements :- 1-3 years of relevant experience focused on A/B testing, conversion funnel and retention, working with clickstream data, and providing instrumentation requirements to engineering/product teams. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field - Proficiency in advanced SQL, PowerBI (or any other Dashboarding tool) and Python/R - Good to have knowledge of statistics and applied statistical skills - Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and stakeholders - Analytical mindset ability to identify the right metrics for a problem case and generate insights from data - Good to have: Any relevant experience with respect to product analytics tools like mix panel, Omniature, Google Analytics etc.The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there.,
