Individual accountability, cross-collaboration and transparency are of paramount importance in our organisation.If this wasnt good enough - let us up the ante a little bit, we offer competitive salary with two appraisals in a year (we believe in giving and receiving feedback on a frequent basis for smoother collaboration - we know its too good to be true!), a comprehensive leave and health insurance policy (we need you to be healthy and relaxed at all times to work better) and plenty of outings and team engagements through the year (all work and no play makes jack and jill, dull people, right )Anyway, enough about us - if this seems like your ideal place to work - dont wait any longer, we want to hear from you soon!Role & Responsibilities :- We are looking for an exceptional UX Designer to help build best-in-class digital experiences for our DaMENSCH- Web and App platforms.- For this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and creative teams.- You have to continuously monitor and execute design systems for scaling the product and continuously improve user delight using interaction design.- You can think through user problems, find solutions, create high-fidelity mock ups and interactions by working with engineers to build them.- You are actively involved in defining product strategy for growth and innovation.- Proactively perform UX Audit while accessing the projects. Advocate for accessibility, usability and innovation within the organisation.- Think in terms of design systems and make rational design decisions within a complex company structure.- Deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops -You obsess over details in visual design and are constantly pushing your limits for creating user delight by enabling interactive experiences.Ideal Candidate:- You have at least 3 years of hands-on work experience in visual and interaction design on React/Next JS, iOS and Android platforms.- Work experience that involves at least 2 live projects in B-2-C industry.- You have a HCI or equivalent certification.- You look for opportunities to solve problems in innovative ways that are feasible at scale.- Managing multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced, iterative environment.- You understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and are capable of communicating your ideas to stakeholders.- You are an expert in using tools like Adobe After-effects, Principle or other similartools for interaction design. Expert in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin or any other similar tool for high-fidelity UI.- You have an online portfolio that demonstrates your dedication to design process and interaction design.- Your collaboration skills with product management, engineering and business teams are unparalleled.,
