Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification. Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability. Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints. Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.QualificationsQualifications:In this position, you will be responsible for Working with PPV & various validation teams to define, debug, validate test content all related components Test Program Generation and hardware setup, enabling on a platform level into translation of HVM MFG product ramp. In addition, supporting Failure Analysis for Customer Return, FUSA, Automotive, Industrial, Embedded Segments use cases on a platform level hardware Familiarity with Python knowledge would be an added advantage Collaborate with Design/DFT team and integration design teams to understand the design and functional-mode behaviors of the logic and circuits. Ensuring DFT architecture meets DPM and Test time goals, debugging vectors/content on ATE, understanding shmoo results, statistical analysis and enabling production test. Understanding process variation, work with Fab team and design teams to meet yield goals within DPM requirements. Developing/optimize new test programs and test content for products and their use cases. Develop validation methodology against specification to meet customer requirement. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Proposing, documenting and implementing new or improved Test Methodologies and/or flowsPreferred Skills and experience: Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with about 5-10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of DFT/DFD architectures & methodologies. This includes Scan, ATPG, Mbist, BScan, IO DFx, analog DFT, JTAG, Boundary scan, Fuse etc. Strong Si debug skills, ATE requirements and understanding of volume test requirements, enabling volume testing and enabling production for Intels leading edge products. Demonstrated experience of device physics, circuits, statistics, and fabrication process Previous experience on interfacing with Industry recognized Fabs and state of the art process technologies, Assembly, Test, and Q&R Experience with HVM Power & Thermal requirements, BI content development and enabling, SICC and Power virus content development Knowledge of Verilog & System Verilog, RTL design and micro-architecture skills is a plus. Strong debug skills and demonstrated experiences in Perl & TCL scripting.
