We are looking for experienced developers to drive the design and implementation of next generation functionality. The RoleAs a product expert, you will be collaborating with solution management, product management, architects, and market facing stakeholders to deliver key enhancements and features in the SuccessFactors localization solution area.

  • Specify product features for the country requirements for the area of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), EC Time Management, EC Benefits and their payroll integration.
  • Be actively involved in defining continuous development and delivery of usable software (Epic/ Story definition, ensure product standard compliance as a done criteria and right cut of sprint size).
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions in product management and development areas.
  • Collaborate with market facing stakeholders like country specific product experts, solution management, user groups and pre-sales/ consulting experts to identify right topic focus and in-depth business requirements.
  • Help develop right solution design.
  • Help manage customer facing communications with right stakeholders.
Role Requirement:
  • Bachelor s/ Master s Degree in one or more of the following fields: information technology, computer science, mathematics, applied sciences, engineering or a related area.
  • 8+ years of product development experience, with focus on cloud solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written, both).
  • Good knowledge of HXM/ HCM industry, with working knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll solutions knowledge as preferred.
