Role Overview: - Youll be envisioning and building the future of the technology powered D2C brands. As Indias fastest growing D2C brand, DaMENSCH has always leveraged technology in all aspects.- You shall be responsible for owning various internal and/or consumer focused products.- You will seek to combine the power of digital platforms like our web, app & our retail stores to provide a seamless & omnichannel experience.- This is a cross functional role where youd be closely working with our shopping experience, operations, logistics, retail and support teams to drive best CX. Responsibilities: - Drive meaningful outcomes for the business by connecting product functionality and goals, to DaMENSCHs strategic objectives- Articulate the product vision and define a clear roadmap of highly prioritised features and initiatives that deliver against that vision- Use data to generate actionable insights, leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business- Facilitate and leverage user feedback in the form of usability tests, focus groups, surveys, and other forms of research to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business- Gather requirements, define functionality, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery- Identify, prioritise, and resolve technical, functional, and business quality issues across all devices, points of sale, and use cases that are applicable to the product- Drive a customer centric mindset across the length and breadth of DaMENSCH- Seamlessly transcend the digital, omnichannel and customer care boundaries to present a one DaMENSCH view to our customers and ensure a seamless customer experience across all our touch points- Identify customer needs and market trends that drive apparel shopping in India- Inspire and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelising and driving consensus around the product vision, strategy, goals and execution plan Desired Skills & Requirements: - Engineer from Indias top institutes with min 2-4 Years of relevant experience in Product management.- Mind blowing problem solving skills- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask- Highly curious, having an experimental mindset- Has an efficiency-obsessive mindset- A high agency individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver stretch goals in an ambiguous, innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment,
