Job Description

    The Analytics Product Manager role will directly manage key parts of the MoEngage analytics product vision, development, and execution. This role will play a critical part in advancing our data analysis, representation, and visualization capabilities and be responsible for the growth and market success of the analytics product line.The right candidate will be able to articulate the analytics vision and be capable of blending the needs of different users & business groups into a well-formed product road map. Furthermore, this person will have a diverse background and a demonstrable track record of successfully building and managing scaled, high-quality, innovative products. The right candidate must be a self-motivated, team player who can contribute to the overall business objectives of MoEngage.As MoEngage Analytics Product Manager, you will use data to guide your decisions and develop solutions to make analysis easier for growth teams. You will develop a hypothesis, and conduct in-depth user research, and experiments to inform your product design and strategies. You will establish your product viewpoints and share them with senior leaders, partners, and customers. You will be reporting to the Director of Products.What will you be doing:
    • Launch products and features that solve customer problems and help them to achieve more from MoEngage s Analytics stack.
    • Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams, competitive insights, and market trends; build and manage actionable product roadmaps.
    • Define future concepts and build product roadmaps; Create business cases outlining the projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap. Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to Go-to-market activities. Provide initiative rollout status & monitor the impact of each initiative launched
    • Collaborate with data science, engineering, sales, product, customer success, and support, design & product marketing teams to ensure alignment on the roadmap, prioritization, product delivery, sales, and adoption.
    • Balance trade-offs between time and scope while meeting user needs and business goals. Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases with effective user stories to be used by engineering & design teams. Frequently refine product backlog.
    Skills & Requirements
    • 2+ years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products.
    • Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc. Able to create low-fi and high-fi mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch, or any tool
    • High bias for action with a demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies
    • Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written communication) with a knack for storytelling
    • Data-Driven with proficiency in data querying and analysis. Experience with tools like Analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics ), SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlikview, etc. is preferred.
    • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: SaaS, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, etc.
