This is a Product Manager Platform role, reporting to the Research & Development Product Director in business area Process Automation (PA) located in Bangalore. • Providing a vision for the Process Automation digital product suite as a whole and its components and communicate the same to all stakeholders so that everyone is working towards same objective.
• Collaborating with all stakeholders (divisions, customers, digital solution engineering etc.) units to understand the solutions, identify gaps based on customer requirements, develop functional specifications, Value Drivers and translate business requirements into user stories and integrated solution roadmap.
• Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Working with development teams to ensure that they understand the use cases, end to end functionality of the product components, design specialized great features for our clients.
• Working with the UX team to provide valuable guidance in aligning the product functionality with the best in class user experience based on the user personas.
• Working with the marketing/documentation team is developing customer centric brochures, data sheets, product guides and presales collaterals.
• Inspiring and motivating the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or International Business from a reputed institution.
• Required 12 to 15 years of experience in a product management capacity in managing software product.
• Should have experience in product management in the software industry like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft with focus on digitalization of industrial businesses.
• Should have experience in the Industrial Internet of Things and deep understanding of at least some of the industries like Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Metal and Mining, Paper & Pulp, Marine & Ports etc.
• Excellent influencing and networking skills, paired with stakeholder management experience in a multi layered, global environment.
• Should have successful track-record in releasing digital/software products/services to commercial operation.
