Job Description

Antavo is looking for a Product Manager for our B2B product to oversee the roadmap, interview customers and design new features.We are a startup company backed by top VCs from Europe and the U.S., developing our own product: a loyalty management platform for retailers & brands. Responsibilities
  • Be the Product Manager for our key B2B(2C) product on a series of platforms
  • Find the best features to develop and design them for cross-client usage
  • Interview customers to collect their feedback
  • Act as a partner and mentor to engineering team, giving feedback and coaching them on business decisions, design choices and priorities
  • Maintain the backlog and update priorities through technical feedback and strategic roadmap
  • Research and analyze market, the users, get ahead of competitors and the industry
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Economics, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent Product Design skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Experience in driving complex product initiatives to reach high business impact
  • Experience in an Agile environment with multiple products, development teams and key stakeholders
  • Professional use of English
  • Capability of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new tasks
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other issue and project tracking software
  • Positive, collaborative and proactive approach to working in a team
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous working experience as a Product Manager
