*Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. YOU ARE SETTING STANDARDSAs the Product Manager you will act as the central resource and driving force for the vision, requirements, specifications and marketing our next generation cloud native Financial Services Communication Cloud Service. Your responsibilities will include working across department disciplines to bring realization to the Service vision and driving revenue through sales with the support of global sales and marketing teams.In your capacity as Product Manager you will exhibit the following qualities: Self-Starter. • Industry knowledge of Customer Communication Management and the creation, organization, management and distribution of omni-channel communications within a legally regulated industry such as banking, financial management or insurance.
• Creation of strategic and tactical roadmaps for products that address the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for the products.
• Strategic planning including analyzing product ideas, creating specifications and defining requirements.
• Assessing market competition.
• Working with marketing teams to coordinate and implement marketing and messaging activities.
• Working with sales to develop product sales strategies.
• Working with consulting to ensure implementation readiness
• Developing competitive product pricing.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical skills
• Clear business writing, oral, and presentation skills
• Ability to describe complex business functionality to technical staff and product stakeholders in clear and understandable terms
