Our SW team enables all the Infrastructure, Automation, Tools and methodology required to develop, integrate and validate all these platforms and products. We deliver 10+ new platforms, maintain 20+ platforms all multiple ingredients, multiple configurations, operating systems and applications catering to 10s of business segments; making 30+ external releases every year. All this engineering Execution Engine relies on highly efficient, connected and automated SW workflows and processes of developer workflow, DevOps, CI/CD, 0-touch Automation, Remote Labs and boards farm, continuous validation. All these workflow solutions rely on multiple and disparate systems to connect and stitch together for seamless experience. We are looking for a technology savvy and passionate Product Manager to lead our SW Workflow and Automation solutions as fully curated product which provide a harmonized solution experience to our users. As Product Manager; you will own all functions of Product Management associated. You will be responsible for making and maintaining Product vision, detailed product requirements, roadmap and schedule. You will work closely with SW DevOps Workflow, Automation, Tools and Solution teams to lead product vision to reality. You will also develop effective customer engagement process and value realization metrics. Throughout product phases, you will engage customers and users to capture their needs, validate products and capture value creation.Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or SW Product Development - 10+ years of experience as product manager or product owner or equivalent role in leading large scale SW products development - Proven experience in delivering large, complex enterprise solutions aligned to business outcomes while managing cross matrix dependencies Proven expertise in requirements authoring and management, design engineering and testing methodologies - Good hands-on experience and knowledge of modern DevOps, CI-CD and application development areas will be highly desired - Excellent organizational analytical written and oral presentation skills - Solid facilitation skills that draw the most out of all participants and converge rapidly on an outcome. - Ability to identify potential issues and facilitate development of good solutions. - Ability to listen and communicate clearly with different areas of the business. - Superior creative and innovative problem analysis and problem solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment - Diligent, Driven, Detail oriented and Dedicated.Inside this Business Group The Internet of Things Group (IOTG) consists of ~4700 dedicated employees across 25 locations across the world.
