Job Summary We are looking for a passionate Product Owner for our services in our new high-performance scalable and cyber secure digital platform. Our next generation cloud-centered platform offers a bouquet of interoperable services on top which different lines of businesses can build and maintain digital offerings while focusing on value creation, not the platform.In this role, you will create & own a set of services to solve complex problems in the end-to-end digital journey for our customers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other specialists across the company to take our exciting digital journey to greater heights meeting ever-evolving and demanding customer requirements. Duties and Responsibilities
• Engage with Product Manager and stakeholders to lead and define a portfolio of services of our platform in alignment with the digital journey of our customers
• Create & maintain product backlog with well-defined user stories and priorities
• Run product backlog grooming sessions with Architects, Scrum Masters and Engineering team
• End-to-end accountability of the portfolio of services in your purview
• Work closely with other Product Owners, UX designers, Architects and Engineering team to ensure our solutions meet the functional, performance and scalability needs of the platform, consuming applications and our customers
• Support the Scrum Masters and Engineering team in estimation and scheduling activities
• Keep a close tab on performance of delivered features and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback
• Participate in defining platform API strategy and UX/UI evolution
• Engage with multiple customers at a given time for current and future requirements to build a roadmap for short-term and long-term evolution of our platform services
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and negotiation skills in bringing all the stakeholders together to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions with right tradeoffs
• Support the architects in creating short-term and long-term technology solutions that meet our platform roadmap
• Stay in touch with the latest trends in the market for similar platforms and applying the best practices to our platform
, * Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in Product Owner / Technical Product Manager role
• 10 15 years of overall experience in software product development
• Experience in defining and building requirements for a cloud-native software platform preferably with API services
• Experience in developing user personas, end-to-end use cases and product requirements for software applications / platforms
• Experience in user-centric design methodologies and working with UX/UI design teams
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, NoSQL and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills, attention to details, team-player mindset and positive attitude are key to thrive in this role
