Job Description

Zeta is looking to hire a Product Support Engineer for their team in Bangalore. An enthusiastic team player with prior relevant experience in the payments domain.What is the Job Like

Work on payment transaction flow, SQL, APIs and ISO 8583
Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them resolve any problems faced while using the product.
Help fix any bugs that crop up in the product and contribute to the feature documentation.
Proactively evaluate existing engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency of the product overall.

Who should Apply for this role

3 + years of PSE experience in Payments/Banking Domain.
Has worked as a tester on payment processing applications.
Exposure to Rupay Mastercard Visa processing.
Knowledge on Payment cards(Prepaid/Credit/Debit).
Good troubleshooting skills.
