Job Description

    Manager / Deputy Manager Cost EstimationRequired for Precision Machined Component Manufacturing Companylocated at Electronic City Bangalore.Qualification: BE (Mechanical)Experience: 8 to 15 years in Cost Estimation / Engineering Department.Experience in reading and understanding complex engineering drawings. Deciding the manufacturing process, tooling and inspectionrequirements. Time estimation for different manufacturing operations. Knowledge of raw materials (ferrous & nonferrous) and their sources. Experience in estimating material cost, machining cost and fixingmachine hour rate. Knowledge in selection of machines, tooling and inspection equipmentfor different manufacturing operations. Knowledge in handling MNC customers and giving quotations, meetingtheir requirements in time. Knowledge in programming and use of CAD / CAM software for the timeestimation. Proficiency in downloading customer drawings in different formats. Experience in understanding raw material specifications andspecifications of the special processes.Salary: Rs. 70,000/- to 1 Lakh PMProduction Manager / Deputy Manager -Required for Precision Machined Component Manufacturing Companylocated at Bidadi.The Company machine shop has VMCs, CNC turning centers, CNC Sliding headautomats and CNC Grinders. A well-equipped Standard room with CMM,Roundness tester, Contour tester, VMS etc.,Qualification: BE / DME (Mechanical)Experience: 10 to 15 years.Working experience working in similar machine shop with goodknowledge in machining operations, tooling and inspection procedures. Responsible for on-time delivery and quality of variety of precisioncomponents. Experience in handling manpower and guiding the operators andsupervisors to get good required output. Knowledge in programming and CAD / CAM software will be addedadvantage.Salary: Rs. 60,000/- to 80,000/- PM
