Job Description

    working in an AS approved electroplating company having knowledge on all the plating, surface treatment, testing & heat treatment.1. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Supervising production activities2. Responsible for ensuring the process parameters3. Ensuring the availability of work instructions for all process4. Handing over the material to quality with proper documents, identification and traceability5. Ensuring the availability of skills for respective process6. Ensuring the awareness on customer specific requirements to production team members7. Ensure product, process and personnel safety in production8. Ensuring the availability of calibration status on instruments9. Providing on job training to the Asst. operators2. PRINCIPAL AUTHORITIES1. Stop production in case of quality issues2. Quarantine non-conforming parts
