Job Description

    ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:PRIMARY FUNCTION:Support in developing and maintaining relevant store design Revit family fixture content and documentsLearn and implement Target Revit standards to deliver projects with-in agreed time frameUnderstand the methods of quality standards to be maintained and deliver desired qualityCommunicate specific project updates with team/partners across locations at the right timePRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:Support to create and document accurate Revit fixture families based on input from design partnersSupport and Ensure design processes are consistently applied as per specific department BIM standardsCollaborate with team and other design partners to achieve quality and timely deliverablesAbility to read and analyze cross-functional design drawings/ documentsWork closely with supervisor to deliver special projects/ initiatives as assigned. Build strong partnership across team in order to meet and exceed expectationsWell-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize workloadMaintain an excellent level of verbal and written communication on day-to-day activitiesSolutions oriented approach so that all the problems are escalated with proposed solutionsAbility to work well with others and contribute to a positive environmentJOB REQUIREMENTS (DESIRED):4 years full time degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or Interior Designing1 to 2 years of experienceNote: Only for Female CandidatesExcellent working knowledge on Revit, BIM 360, Bulebeam and PDFWorking knowledge of MS OfficeDesire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English
