Job description: The Business Operations Senior Manager (Biz Ops Snr Manager) works collaboratively with the Global and Market Functions Leads to help drive the Function vision, growth strategy and agenda across Market. This role includes two Functions with the expectation that time would be spilt agilely across both. The Biz Ops Snr Manager works collaboratively with Network business leaders and corporate functions colleagues across the Functions, Services and with the Industries to drive strong connections and client value across all part of our business. Strategic & Business Enablement: Help the Global Lead to Market-tailor and execute against the overall vision & strategy for the Function Networks in Market Assist the Global Leads to activate both Function Networks across all Services in Market Leverage and make available all best in class offerings and credentials working with Market Functions Leads and Market-Unit Functions Team Captains, and with Offering Development, Marketing and Research Analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges in the Functions Network and assist drive Innovation and differentiation in our Functions agenda Manage and coordinate financial reporting, metrics reviews, pipeline management, data analysis and other operational tasks Generate insights for MARKET Functions Leadership from data and observations Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent business support Work with Learning to support skilling and training agendas Monitor and support the build out of membership into the Functions Networks Manage and coordinate with Leadership Team to ensure initiatives meet planned schedule, budget and quality commitments Assist in the relationship management and teaming with key ecosystem partners that are critical for Functions growth Support & coordinate external and internal Functions initiatives (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, analyst relations, go to market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, campaigns & account planning) Help manage and report on Functions Network MARKET MD&I allocation & V&A pipeline Collaborate with key teams globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community activities and an overall communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice site, Town Halls, practice newsletters, learning boards, etc. Qualifications: Skills and Experience: Experience in leading business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market or Market Unit preferred Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proven team management skills and proactive mindset Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities,
