Within Performance & Advisory we have five towers, collaborating as needed to achieve shared outcomes and shared success: - P&A Account & Portfolio Performance (A&PP) - P&A Forecasting & Planning - P&A Payroll & Cost Optimization - P&A Data Analytics & Storytelling - P&A Investments - P&A Competitor Financials P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible of maximize business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across the portfolios and accounts focus on push Growth, Sustained Profitability and Cash-flow health. Be primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Manage risk across client portfolio & accounts. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset. Key Functions: You will be the Performance and Advisory- Account and Portfolio Performance Finance Business Advisor (MU FBA) for UKI Market Unit, working directly with the MU CFO and MU Deputy CFO supporting the MU in all things finance related. What are we looking for Ability to establish strong client relationship Ability to handle disputes Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to meet deadlines Ability to perform under pressure Skills & Work Experience - Confident and comfortable dealing with finance and non-finance executive leadership - Excellent English verbal and written communications skills - Good understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valued - Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments - Innovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies - Good Skills in SAP and Excel. Some knowledge of Power BI desirable Qualification - Degree in one of the following fields: Economics / Business Administration / Finance Roles and Responsibilities In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Essential finance support to the MU CFO and Deputy CFO, managing numerous financial KPIs Key finance point of contact in MU for CGFLs, Finance Service Leads, CG FBAs, S&PP team and others Support MU Leadership delivering value through business outcomes with analytics and insights on sustainable profitable growth across the MU through its strategic priorities Produce and analyze various finance monthly reports to help identify issues in the MU and suggest corrective action Full responsibility of NoLBA reporting & Last minute sale process Full responsibility on working capital analysis, internal controls and tracking on receivables Help prepare various materials on financial results and focus areas for Leadership and Executive meetings Active involvement in Finance actions and initiatives Review pipeline of opportunities for the MU as applicable, provide insights on trends, and various pipeline key performance indicators and health metrics Analysis and drive actions on pricing and cost to serve levers for margin expansion YoY, monitor and help drive YoY improvements in Won margins and COPQ Ad hoc requests Ambassador of P&A culture and strategy.
