The Program Coordinator for Field Practice has to work closely with faculty, students and field organizations to ensure effective implementation of the practice components Responsibilities Interact with field practice partners of the university in various domains of development, for the purpose of strengthening the relationship and achieving curricular objectives of the MA Development programme, in collaboration with the field practice team Strengthen student communication and planning aspects of field practice, in collaboration with the field practice team Identify opportunities for collaborative field research and establish new efforts, where appropriate Facilitate facultys connect with organisations with respect to their interest in research or for developing Teaching Cases Identify opportunities for and facilitate Continuing Education Programs and other types of capacity building workshops for field practice organisations Work with faculty to identify potential Practioners- in- Residence and facilitate all aspects of their engagement with faculty and students Qualifications and desired abilities Post- graduate degree, preferably in Development or any sub- domains such as livelihoods, sustainability, public health, gender, etc. Experience of working directly with or collaborating with grassroots organisations Demonstrated ability to develop long- term collaborative relationships, preferably in institutional settings Covering letter indicating your interest in this role Completed Information Summary Sheet The intellectual storehouse that are the students and the faculty.
