What is MS/PJ-MNT This is a cool start-up within BGSW catering to End2End solutions, Data management for containerization at EDGE, Data Lakes and Cloud. PJ-Project MNT-Mobility Next.Criteria: The interested applicant must have experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs that focuses on futuristic data management strategies for vehicle edge containerization and data feeders to cloud and analytics. The applicant must also be passionate on delivering efficient, effective solutions for the customers. Engage, conceptualize, provide insights and grooming for future are considered the key essentials of a program manager needed for PJ-MNT. The applicant is also expected to identify, create, and nurture talents to stay relevant to the industry with sharp business mind and cross organization collaboration, ensuring inception to completion of the program.Key responsibilities:Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple programs, if need be, and strategically stich the products and servicesManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityOther responsibilities:Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams, creating scope for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholdersSkills and QualificationsIndustry experience of 15-20 years in managing and projects / programsExperience in managing Data-driven development programsExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsPlanning, execution, and reportingTechnical experience / know-how ino Java / middleware / cloudo DBMS, GraphDB, Ontologieso ALM, IoT, AI/ML interfaceso Knowledge of edge, containerization, Vehicle data abstractiono Strong knowledge on Micro service architecture and Data workflowsGood communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in containerization, data lakes and data integration solutions on cloudA track record of projects completed on time.
