Job Description

    Program Manager- HR Role and Responsibilities: - Identify, own and execute strategic projects in alignment to companys goals and vision.- Improve, execute and effectively communicate significant analysis that identify meaningful trends.- Identify new HR models, analysing model, design & pilot programs.- Provide strong analytics to support the strategic decision.- Analyze trends, understand problems and build-up processes and systems to improve efficiency and bring in better controls within the team.- Develop presentation decks for potential partners and sign off on internal communication.- Manage cross functional coordination between various departments within the organization to drive initiatives and solve day to day challenges.- Conduct regular training and apply learnings.- Stay abreast of current HR industry trends and adopt best strategy and best practices.- Ensure seamless communication about the project to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Years of Experience: 2- 6 years in Tier 1 consulting firmsQualifications - B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 Institutes Skills: - Analytical skills to deep dive into problems and find solutions.- Management and decision-making Skills.- Patience, Dedication and High Ownership- Dynamic leadership qualities- Proactive and Persistent- Efficient planning and execution capability- Flexible and open to work in a highly dynamic environment.,
