Job Description

    As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of a wide-ranging set of projects that span across different clusters. Your success will be a result of your ability to:- prioritize tasks or dependencies across competing projects- build relationships & gather context from relevant stakeholders- ask the right questions to the right audience- communicate, escalate, and provide timely updatesWhat would you do here What would you do here Tabulate and organize updates across various projects with a detailed level of granularity (on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)Build meaningful relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the organizationParticipate in / Conduct regular meetings, stand-ups, and project review cadence sessionsUnderstand in detail how specific tasks for a particular project are decomposed and how they are interconnected and impact timelines and outcomesIdentify blockers and issues proactively with a goal to escalating appropriately with a strong bias for actionDesign & maintain detailed trackers and metrics across multiple projectsIdentify and plan for dependencies and contingencies across projects and interconnected programsEnsure rigorous and diligent follow-ups across all projects and programsWhat are we looking for 5+ years experience as a Program Manager and 8-10 years overall experienceExperience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plusUndergraduate Degree in Engineering + Graduate Business Degree (MBA or equivalent)Skills, Attitudes, and CompetenciesStrong project management skills and a very good understanding of agile methodologies, ideally supported by relevant certifications and courseworkProficiency with toolchains and concepts like JIRA, Trello, Smartsheets, OKR management software, Kanban, etcStrong written and verbal communication skillsClear thought processDetail orientedAnalytical orientation with the ability to use data to answer questions and solve problemsStrong relationship management skills able to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives, partners, vendors, and other stakeholdersStrong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationshipsability to cope with a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities & timelinesA high degree of integrity and ethical standards,
