Abuse Risk Mining combines analytics along with human insights to identify Policy Abuses, enforce bad actors and prevent further leakages in the form of concessions abuse. Risk Mining team achieves this by identifying patterns of abusive transactions through large data-sets. Team plays a critical role in reducing concession leakages, providing operational insights into key drivers through deep dives and investigations on system and manual misses. We continuously work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships in order to investigate Abuse cases and address escalations while creating long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class Customer experience.Abuse Risk mining is looking for an experienced program manager who is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity, leading complex initiatives, and working across teams to investigate and identify opportunities to increase end customer safety. From Day 1, this program manager is given ownership of large products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience. In this role you will Support tool automations for Abuse risk mining. Coordinates the delivery on projects/ goals for ARM operations, alignment of performance with ML upstream automation. Define requirements, facilitates progress, identify blockers, and increases the visibility of issues. You will own program goals and project-related metrics. On-boarding, performance upgradation and adoption for tools for Abuse risk mining. This role will Influence ARI process automation plans, ML/Product and Ops stakeholders, and customer interaction., 3+ years experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsA Bachelor s degree Excellent Communication (both written & verbal) & Leadership Skills Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a program manager preferably in risk and/or fraud investigations Ability to dive-deep, proficient in data analysis in Microsoft Excel and more advanced programs such as SQL. Self-driven & motivated individual with demonstrated ability to proactively drive, manage and grow the team. Invent & Simplify, have mindset to try and improve. Ability to concurrently manage multiple initiatives and tasks effectively.- Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) Six Sigma knowledge or similar models such as Lean are an asset Experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role, working with large data sets and writing SQL queries to pull data Proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects and communicating effectively at an executive level. Experience within Fraud Investigations and/or Financial Risk Management Operations within the Financial Services/ E-Commerce or IT industry. Experience in seller registration and on-boarding sellers into our marketplace Experience in managing multi-cultural teams. Experience in e-commerce / on-line companies in fraud / risk control functions Coding skills in one of the modern languages Java, Python, Scala, R Experience with visualization technologies such as Tableau Experience/knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques such as GBM, random forest, etc. Compelling communication and influencing skills and participation in winning the support of management and influence the course of major strategic decisions
