Job Description

Processes HR data according to the company policy and legal requirements, consults on HR processes and implementation, and is responsible for end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle. Identifies emerging applications and recommends process improvements and simplification that support business and HR strategy. Works across the business, functional, and regional areas of the company to recommend IT investments and improvements to HR tools.Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to employees.Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.Implements and tracks programs and processes to ensure that records are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secure, and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal customers, legal compliance, and the company policy requirements (e.g., data management and integration of data). Re-engineers processes at regional and country level and works in partnership with global teams to build more process strength and capability. Ensures seamless support through Contact HR for both front- and back-end processes.Responsibilities:

  • Manages and problem-solves issues for multiple processes or systems of the highest complexity.
  • Is accountable to actively problem solve using deep solution consultancy skills to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Consults with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements; provides thought leadership across multiple areas of specialization to HR leaders on systems and processes.
  • Leads or contributes to priority programs or processes that impact employees at the regional or global level.
  • Is accountable for successful design and implementation of new processes and technology, and for creating custom solutions for business and functional needs.
  • Is accountable for impact analysis of operations initiatives from a business and financial perspective.
  • Is accountable for successful implementation of RPA initiatives to maximize investment potential.
  • Is accountable to drive technical projects leveraging HR system architecture.
  • Is accountable to oversee larger technical projects/ initiatives and constantly explore opportunities to accelerate.
Education and Experience Required:
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 10+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Superior process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes, with a specialization in multiple process areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and consulting.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent process optimization and development skills.
  • Superior ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications, including emerging applications.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Handle the Robotics process automation portfolio for HR.
  • Focus on E2E lifecycle of implementing a BOT, ramping up existing teams and overseeing project managers on their individual BOT projects.
  • Would focus on accelerating our RPA Portfolio and delve into new domains.
  • The individual would also be responsible for developing and maintaining sustainable partnerships with non HR Teams (RPA community of practice and IT).
  • This individual will eventually ramp up to more domains than just RPA to have a wider solution consultancy role looking at all systems within the HR technology architecture.
